FAKIR WINS 2021 BARS PRIZE

On 25 July, Central Moscow Hippodrome hosted contests for the main prizes for the Orlov Trotters. The strongest Orlovs from Voronezh, Tambov, Tyumen, Ryazan, Lipetsk, Perm, Altai Krai, and Moscow region competed for the Kovboy, Bars, and Pion prizes. The main prize for Orlov Trotters — the Bars-2021 Prize at Moscow Central Hippodrome — was won narrowly by the bay Fakir (Kuplet - Fontanka), born at Moscow Stud Farm No 1. Fakir’s owner is V. Panchenko and his driver is Yury Larin.

This is the seventeenth victory for Moscow Stud Farm No 1 in this most prestigious contest for Orlov Trotters and the second best performance in history for a stud farm in Russia and the former USSR.
